BERJAYA MAKATI HOTEL SERVICE AWARDEE
It is Berjaya Makati Hotel objective to perform their duties to serve each and every guests of the hotel including their employees.
On 11th July Traveloka hosted a Hotel Awards 2019 ceremony at The Grounds, Kuala Lumpur.
During the ceremony, Traveloka Malaysia announced 28 winners from its hotel partners in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan.
The nominees were segmented into three different tiers:
- Prestige: 4-5 stars hotels (Exclusive hotels with a beyond-expectations stay)
- Premium: 3 stars hotels (Comfortable hotels with the best stay experience)
- Value: 1-2 stars hotels (High-quality hotels with value-for-money experiences
Winners were selected and evaluated based on the compilation of positive guests’ reviews and feedback on Traveloka from the year 2018. Within the three tiers, winners were identified based on these four awards categories:
- Exceptional Guest Experience
- Best Guest Experience in Cleanliness
- Best Guest Experience in Service
- Best Guest Experience in Food
Berjaya Penang Hotel was awarded by Traveloka Hotel Awards 2019 with Exceptional Guest Experience (Best of the best) Award 2019 by Traveloka in overall food, services and cleanliness under Prestige category (4/5 star) based on Traveloka guest reviews.
