The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. The Reservations Agent should be an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality. In addition, he/she must be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.

The responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry. A well-established network, leadership experience, and the ability to work flexibly and travel as needed are essential.

The responsibilities include preparing full sets of monthly management accounts, ensuring timely completion of financial reports, and preparing budgets and forecasts. The role also involves liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and secretarial services, maintaining records of all financial documents, and performing any other duties as assigned by management. The candidate must be able to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure.

The responsibilities include overseeing revenue management, daily yield operations, and strategy adjustments, conducting market analysis, creating pricing strategies, and managing third-party distribution. The role also involves analyzing hotel performance, providing reports, and suggesting improvements, ensuring systems are configured correctly, and maintaining the booking process. The requirements for the role are 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, proficiency in English (with additional languages being a plus), and a bachelor�s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economics.

The responsibilities include monitoring and supervising daily Housekeeping Department operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and conducting daily inspections of the resort to maintain high cleanliness standards. The requirements for this position are a diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.

The responsibilities include leading the team to perform consolidated accounts, preparing and ensuring that all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) are handled in a timely manner, managing the full set of accounts, General Ledger (GL), and closing accounts on time. The candidate will be responsible for managing monthly cash flow and bank reconciliation without delay, as well as ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance payments are made on time.The requirements for this role include possessing a recognized professional degree in Finance & Accounting, ACCA/CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.

The responsibilities include performing various spa and wellness treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services, customizing treatments based on guests' needs, maintaining a clean and hygienic spa environment, and educating guests on treatment benefits. The responsibilities include making direct solicitation calls to assigned accounts and potential new accounts, promoting all hotel spaces and services. The role also involves developing special promotions or packages and submitting them to the Sales Manager for review. The candidate will conduct informational programs for assigned accounts to keep them informed about the hotel and actively participate in industry and civic organizations to represent business opportunities, subject to the Sales Manager�s approval.
