Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Requirement: Proven experience as a Malay Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel. Deep knowledge of Malay cuisine, including traditional recipes and modern interpretations. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
