A Heritage Fee of RM5 per room per night is imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi and will be collected by the Resort upon check-in.
Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 nett per room per night will apply for non-Malaysians registered guests upon check-in.

Flight Cancellation OR Changes to Flight Schedules
At any time your booking has been made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either:
- Rearrange earliest alternative flight by another airline subject to availability without additional charge.
- Guest may amend travel date at no additional charge.
- Cancellation with full refund.
