Identify and explore new revenue streams, such as partnerships with local businesses, event hosting and catering services. Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders and cultivate partnerships to drive business growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies aimed at increasing hotel bookings and occupancy rates. Leverage digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance the hotel's online presence. Regularly analyse sales and revenue performance data, prepare sales reports, and present findings to the senior management team. Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and market dynamics. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Candidates with relevant working experience in United Kingdom will have an added advantage. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the hospitality market and trends. Familiarity with the hotel industry's dynamics and competitive landscape. Strong leadership and management skills to lead a high-performing sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
