TERMS & CONDITIONS
This giveaway by Berjaya Langkawi Resort will be regulated by the following terms and conditions. Each contestant must agree and adhere to these terms and conditions to be eligible for participation in this giveaway.

ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY

1. This Contest is open to 18 years old and above. Employees (including their immediate families) of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts are not eligible to participate.
2. Entries received after the contest period (8-29 May 2024) are not eligible for participation.
3. Berjaya Langkawi Resort reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, inappropriate or irrelevant without giving any reason or cause and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any participant or any other party. Entries that contain profanity, obscenity or disparaging remarks about Berjaya Langkawi Resort will be disqualified and removed immediately.

THE PRIZES

1. The first prize comprises of 3 days 2 nights in a Premier Suite On Water for 2 persons.
2. The second prize comprises of 3 days 2 nights in a Premier Chalet On Water for 2 persons.
3. The third prize comprises of 3 days 2 nights in a Premier Seaview Chalet for 2 persons.
4. The fourth prize comprises of 3 days 2 nights in a Rainforest Studio for 2 persons.
5. The fifth prize comprises of 3 days 2 nights in a Rainforest Chalet for 2 persons.
6. Additional persons wishing to stay in the room will incur an extra charge implemented by Berjaya Langkawi Resort.
7. Prizes will be given out in the form of complimentary room vouchers with validity up to 6 months from the date of issuance. Transportation and meal arrangements (unless otherwise stated) shall be at the winner’s own expenses. The winner shall be responsible for any additional costs such as local or tourism taxes, which may be incurred as result of their acceptance of this prize.
8. Berjaya Langkawi Resort reserves the rights to substitute the actual prizes with other prizes of equal values under circumstances in which the actual prizes could not be prepared.

WINNERS SELECTION

1. FIVE winners will be randomly selected by the management of Berjaya Langkawi Resort. The winners will be announced on 5 June 2024. The winners’ names will be posted publicly on Berjaya Langkawi’s Resort’s Facebook and Instagram. The winners are responsible to respond to the post by sending their contact information to Berjaya Langkawi Resort via private message.
2. All decisions made by Berjaya Langkawi Resort are final and no correspondence (verbal or written) will be entertained.
3. Berjaya Langkawi Resort reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time due to the following circumstances:
   (a) Winners could not be contacted to redeem the prizes within 5 working days.
   (b) The initially selected winners have contravened any of these terms and conditions.
