- A State Tourism Fee of MYR5 per room per night is imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi and will be collected by the Resort upon check-in.
- Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 nett per room per night will apply for non-Malaysians registered guests upon check-in.
- Offer is non-refundable and non-cancellation.
- The Resort reserves the right to terminate or amend the offer without prior notice.
NOTE
- Standard flight fare applicable for child above 2 years old (24 months & above).
- Seats will not be allocated for infant (0-23 months). However, a minimal flight fare will be imposed.
- Package price may vary subject to seat availability.
Flight Cancellation OR Changes to Flight Timing
At any time your booking has been made, we may change our flight time and/or cancel, divert, postpone, retime or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either:
- Rearrange the earliest alternative flight via another airline without additional charge, subject to availability.
- Should there be any amendment on the travel date, the difference in price will be applicable on top of the existing fare.
- Cancellation is not permitted unless accompanied by valid supporting documentation.
